Maybe i read over it, but could you please give me a link where the coder say that anybody, or you, can ask for support by mail?

All i can find is the coder asking some specific users to contact him by mail on some specific problems, after those users couldn't be helped here in the thread.

And yes it would be nice if all coders would have unlimited time to spend on supporting their unpayed work here, and also to be contact by any means. But this isn't a perfect world.
