Reminds me of the old vB2 default style a bit.

-Too much useless crap above your forums. It deterrs posting, and people looking at stats or using the shoutbox. You should move these to the bottom so people don't have to scroll just to get to the start of your forum list.
-Table right at the top, add a column to it to sepearte no. of posts and threads with the new member info.
-Could do a bit more with your templates if you wanted to escape the default look.

Otherwise, nice.
