Actually no catch at all! We're hosted with them: http://www.muscle-mustangs.com I'm not sure how you would get your forum over, but if you ask, I'm sure they will be glad to do it, they transfered all of our files and databases! come on over to our site and check out how fast the pages load, very very very little downtime, if their is downtime, its mainly because their upgrading software or something to the latest versions!

EDIT: Also, we usually have anywhere from 75-200 users online 24/7 and the pages still load as fast as they do with no downtime!
