I have been thinking of a big plugin well I guess not really big depending on how you view it. First of all there would be two types of jails the normal Jail which when you jail a user for spamming etc would send them to the jailed usergroup with lesser functions on the forum etc... for a certain amount of time eg 1 day 2 day etc.. and there would be the Federal Jail which would set the users group to a certain group permenatly and create a post in a certain forum with the mod or whoever sent him to the fed prison of what he done or has done and the admin would review it contact him etc and decide to unban or leave him in the federal prison.

Opps this is meant for vb3...
