Ok, I tried copying over a fresh copy and making the changes as specified, but it does not help at all, as I am still getting the same error each time.

I appreciate your help, but could you please suggest anything else I could try. I'm getting really despirate now

I wish I had the php knowledge to be able to be of more help, but I don't know how to do much more than is specfied in the instructions.
