The best suggestion I have is to PM Xenon or Erwin and explain your situation to them - They are the only ones that can help you here...

An idea, to speed up the process, might be to PM them your current IP address, any previous IP addresses you have used while accessing vB.org (if you have a dynamic IP and know your previous ones) and also your licenced email address in the vBulletin.com members area - This should help speed up the process of confirming who you are
