in the readme it recommended renaming your admincp dir back to the default for the install.
However you can simply run the install again, but ONLY CHOOSE the manual file change Link.
THere you will see a list of all file changes needing to be made. Look for the admincp/index step, click on it and follow the directions to manaully edit your admincp/index.php file.
