well ideally if you can, you should do another mysql dump from the old server and try to make sure you get everything because other things might be lost as well. I believe there are some ways of checking listed in the hints and tips forum.

In regards to your immediate problem, go into the style manager and see if you can re-upload your vbulletin xml theme and/or xml style theme.
