I can't understand. SO MANY CODERS, and nobody can (of will) make such a hack?

The link ice9 provided works great! Nothing 'temporary' about it. You simply make a button and add the search url to it and then it will tell you which posts have been unanswered. The only thing it can't do, that I'm aware of, is to exclude certain forums. Other then that it's the same as the hack
