Default Approval for profile pics?
maybe this feature doesn't exist, cuz i haven't found any documentation for this yet --- so i'll try to solicit some ideas on the subject --

if it exists, please point me to the documentation on how to get it done - otherwise - my question then becomes how hard would this be to implement?

it seems the users can simply upload any ol' pic to their profile -- is there some way that just the pics can be first viewed and approved by an administrator or moderator before displaying on the profile???

there's some setting that allows "new users" to be moderated (i'm assuming this is for their posts, tho )... i just don't want people uploading inappropriate pics to their profile.... and since i'm still developing all by my lonesome, and i'm totally unfamiliar with vbulletin still, maybe i'm just overlooking the obvious.
