I wholeheartedly agree.
I only ever touched the WYSIWYG when I wanted to expand the width of all <td> tags at once (I have since then learned that by using <thead> and <tbody>, I only need to set the width of the first <td> tag that does not use colspan attribute, and the rest will follow.)
Also, Im sure noone codes PHP in DW's WYSIWYG. Yet it is an useful tool for syntax highlighting.
(The first person to mention code rewriting in relation to vB is a goddamn n00b btw)
Also, DW seems to have problems with its highlighting when it comes to <<< tags (or whatnot).
