Relatively east DDad, it's a vbPhrase edit.
In Admin CP, click on 'Phrase Manager'
From the Drop Down, select - 'Email Body Text'
Select 'Next' or 'Page 2' (at least it should be on page 2)
Look for the phrase - 'notify' and on the right hand side click 'Edit'
You should see 'Standard Phrase: notify' on the top and the email body text below that. You can't edit the standard phrase, so go down the page a little and look for 'English (US) Translation (Optional)', and hit the 'Copy Default Text' button. This will copy the standard phrase into the text box.

PS; I always save a copy of any original Phrase that I edit to a general edited phrase text file on my computer. It's a good way to get a quick overview of edited phrases and to have as a back up, just in case. And when ever I do a template or phrase edit, I back-up the database as well. It can't hurt to play it safe, even for just a small edit like this one.
