To tell you the truth I have never had a formal job position such as "checkout operative" or any other fixed tasks day in day out.

I work on-call, and usually have been my own boss. I plan to apply for an actual formal scheduled, planned job within the coming weeks just for the hell of it.

Either way, congrats on the new job...a big step towards many things.
