Hey Lizard - not sure what you mean.

If there is no global replacement text, or category text, or item text, it should substitute the above for you. (Make sure you have the latest functions_gal.php file).

The replacement order goes:

Is there an item specific code?
yes -> Use it
No -> Is there a category code?
yes-> Use it
No->Is there a global replacement?
Yes->Use it
No->Use hard coded default (the one you posted).

Let me know if that is not how it is working for you.
