As it says, this list is technically an add-on to my hide hack.
Among two other tags, the hide hack includes [showtogroups=x] construction.
Which allows you to post text that will be visible to certain usergroups.

In certain boards, you will only use it as an admin, mod or supermod. But on other boards, you might wanna allow users to use the tag. The point of this chart is to dynamically pull the ID's from the database, so that people would know what to use with the hack
