vb.org Archive - View Single Post - x amount of posts per month?

I have a members only section and would like to promote users who have posted say 10 posts per 30 days to this members group. If the user doesn't have enough posts for the following month he drops back down to the registered group.

I didn't see this as being possible with the standard promotion feature.

Does anyone know of a mod that does something similar?
