In your Admincp -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager ->Add New Phrase

For queries:
Admincp -> Import & Mantanance (all the way at the bottom) -> Execute SQL Query

NOTE: You'll need to set your permitions to execute queries in includes/config.php

.
