I dont really "get into" the awards request/nomination much, but will consider doing it. yeah, "nomination" is a much better word than request , as of considering "award"

Rightnow, I just had that request posting to a thread. for function, have to create a database. some information would be something like:
ID - award-ID - recipient - from - reason - time (and approved check for admin)
need also a seach on awards based on time,recipient

3. One nomination per member, per event. Fairly self-explanatory there. Similar to how the VBulletin polling system handles voting fraud by only allowing you to vote once.
