vb.org Archive - View Single Post - My avatars are only showing for administrators?

It's really weird. I'm using a slightly modified default skin, but my normal users don't have the option to use an avatar, it only says "no avatar" in the avatar settings in their control panel..

However, all administrators have the option to use one..

Is this a setting in vBulletin? If so can you point me to it, I've been looking around but I can't find it
