I have search this site, vb.com, vbhacks and cannot find a CMPS Portal News type Scroller box where it will scroll top/bottom vs left/right and that will allow new news items to be added while keeping a record of the previous added news items

(I am trying to replace this CGI script: http://www.yourlincolnpark.com/cgi-bin/news/news.cgi )

But need a VB solution to take it's place.

I am newer to PHP and VB and would really appreciate where I can find such a mod/hack.
