Remember - if the synopsis box is empty - it usees the first x amount of characters from the post. There is nothing FORCEING users to fill in the synopsis box - but thats pretty easy logic to add if needed.

Nah, not a gallery. More like, say I'm submitting an article, and I put 5 attachments on that article. Perhaps a checkbox nex t to which one of those 5 I want as the avatar for the article?
