Can a mod be made to add this field to the reputation options

For every X number of days of board inactivity ( to members with a reputation high than Y, and post count higher than Z), user looses 1 reputation point
For every X number of days 0 post are made ( to members with a reputation higher than Y and post count higher than Z) user looses 1 reputation point.

or something along those lines.... my goal here is to have the ability to lower points based on inactivity and lack of participation at the site. members are upgraded to the next member group based on participation and reputation, problem is, once they get there, they think they don't have to be active at the site anymore. that really erks me... we want to reward active and loyal members... and weed out lazy and inactive ones from our private forums.

any thoughts?
