Ismba, looks you you didn't specify which forum(s) to pull the news from.

Choose ACP --> vBa CMPS --> Default Settings --> New Forum ID and type in the forum ID numbers that should be shown.

Also, even if you have that value specified those modules still won't show up if those forums are empty.
