For the problem of no text wrapping, specify a <td> width, it should auto wrap the text contained within.

As for the image, you will need to specify the full path of the image, assuming you've already uploaded the image onto your server. Alternatively, if you are working locally, just insert the banner image, it should show up in Frontpage.
