I have a vb 3.03 board with alot of hacks.

I'm doing an entirely fresh install of vb3.07 on a new server, but want to keep all the hacks of course.

Is this the right process?

1. Upload 3.07 folders on new server (do not install yet)
2. Export 3.03 db to my desktop, then import db into 3.07 db area through phpmyadmin
3. Run 3.07 ugrade php script
4. Do php file comparisons & changes with beyond compare or araxis
