current php memory limit is set at 16M...I assume I should increase/double that and that'll cure the issue?

bumped to 32M...and a new error appears....

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/forum/mudcp/convert_vbgarage.php on line 142"

apparrently, the thumbnail script may have been the initial issue....re-ran that and it actually completed this time (with the 32M setting).

the move images-part one script is now running, and has been for 5 minutes...but at least there are no errors.

that's the new issue....251 total images (well, 502 with the thumbs)
