With this adaptation, everybody can see who gave what to who. For example, if a gave 1 point of reputation to b, c should ses this, but under vBulletin's standard system, this is not possible.

To avoid this, there can be a thread that users can report bad reputations. (for those who think they didn't merit.)

It doesn't need to have too many features, I think only giving reputation ((with comments) and displaying them) is enough.
