im having probs getting this to work

when ive uploaded the files etc and go to the installation bit i get the following error

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.6:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO phrase (phraseid, languageid, varname, text, phrasetypeid) VALUES (NULL, '0', 'post_thanks_update_post_thanks_counters', 'Post Thank You Counters', '2')
mysql error: Duplicate entry 'post_thanks_update_post_thanks_counters-0-2' for key 2

mysql error number: 1062
