Theinstall went great on my test forum as I remembered to completelyuninstall the previous version. I forgot to do so for my liveforum and things went horribly wrong. Maybe if its feasible, youcould include a 'detect previous version' in the installer with theoption/reminder to uninstall. If it was just a minor issue of thehack not working because someone forgot to uninstall it's not so bad,but it made my forum inaccessible (Thank God for backups!). Ohand a little note somewhere to mention that the changes folder shouldbe emptied if you try to re-install after an unsuccesful install
