Step 1:

run this query:
ALTER TABLE `forum` ADD `subforums` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ;

"just go to phpmyadmin and run that?"


Step3:

add $forum[subforums] to your forumhome_forumbit_levelX_(no)post templates where you want it

"add it anywhere in that template?"

Step 4:
----------------
edit just one forum, without changing anything, just edit it and save it, so the subforumcache will be built.
