After i install privateAttachments3[1].0.3 hacks and add those Query

PHP Code:

ALTER TABLE attachment add private int not null;
ALTER TABLE pmtext add attach int not null;
ALTER TABLE attachment add index (private); 


i got error files , some txt disspear in vbb option, and Blank page when i click on extension & size in admin panel :
upload 500KB + in the post it work fine, but when i upload over 1mb i get database error msg ( be4 was working fine )
when i click reflesh i got other msg

but the forumz still working fine

i restore all my edit files and still have the error uploading
( i dont know how to remove Query, maybe this is the problem )
