I've also come across this problem of not being able to easily edit the amount a person has in their bank. I haven't tried it with the admin Donate but I think it'll just make there 'pocket' amount a negative value. If they keep there money in the bank it won't be affected, but once they withdraw the money from the bank whatever there negative pocket amount was will be 'subtracted' from what they took out from the bank. It's not very affective since the person can just leave the money in the bank to earn interest.

If you don't figure out another way, you could login as the user withdraw the money from the bank and than edit the amount in their pocket.
