I believe (if this is the vB2) scott designed it so that the files could not be exploited.

what it someone uploads

roothack.php

and it gets uploaded as

d88462e0c93077989080031a852ffe19.php

Now all someone has to do is figure out where the file is stored (if its stored in a web accessable folder). and bam
