Try to edit the 'queries.php' file in the hacks install directory.

Change the line:
[sql]) TYPE=MyISAM;
[/sql]
to
[sql]);[/sql]
This should probably be done for every CREATE TABLE statement in that file.

Now please check if it runs and report back.
