It's not that people are required to. When I first started with VB people were more than helpful with situations and problems to help others. When someone makes a request for a potential new hack to help out the ideas that make this the best forum site out there. In the past people were more than happy to oblige and see a new hack come into play.

Lately now what I see besides the few that offer their talents is most guys will not budge unless you go to them and throw money at them. I am having to start doing this now and simply I find this pathetic. There was a donation system where a person shows off thier hack and if people feel it is worthy and wish to donate they can. Now is pay first then I will create something.
