where here does it say we are REQUIRED to help you this site is not affiliated with the license agreement that you signed (at least i believe not) so when you paid for vbulletin to get support, you get support from vbulletin.com guaranteed support, you are not guaranteed support here.

but if you find a place that says we are required to help you then by all means show me.
