Alright, after a few hours of testing; a few issues have arised..

Numero Uno:
The forum id listed for the moderator application notifications to be posted is my Staff Forum, but no notifications are being posted.. Possibly to do with access masks, but more likely to be to do with issue 2.

Numero Dos:
The scheduled task is giving me the following error:
[high]Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /includes/cron/maf_cron.php on line 11[/high]

Numero Tres:
The moderator application in the Mod CP - the Email Address and Full Name fields are the wrong way around. The email address is being printed in the full name field, and vice versa.
