I know the images zips are abit confusing... I plan to clean this up for v3.
What I mean is that images1.zip contains a folder called 'images', which should be uploaded to the root vB directory (to ensure that there IS a folder called '/forumroot/images/'.
The images2.zip should be uploaded to the '/forumroot/images/' that images1.zip just created/was uploaded into.

And about the readme.htm, thats some leftovers from wBB instructions, sorry about that
