If a hack doesnt have HTL file and I want to ADD the hack to HTL myself, i see this in one of the option "Is this Hack installed?" after clicking on the "Add hack" link.

Does it mean that first I have to INSTALL a non-htl hack manually and then add it to htl database or some other way.

I am sorry. This question is probally answered in the everythingvb FAQ, but as you can see its offline. And there are no docs in the download.

Can anyone please help.
