Default Need Flash Help plz!
Hi,

Im running a 2.9 board (i know ,time to upgrade) Anyway, I'm trying to place a flash banner in the header, but it's not working for some reason. Do I need to code differently for it to work in .php? Here is what I have now, and if I link the file directly it seems to work, but the banner just fails to load on the discussion forum.
