Any hacks to make split/move easier + what hacks are the most usefel for moderators?

Hey,

My moderators think splitting and compining topics is too hard at the present time. Are there any hacks to make this easier?

Other than the warning hack, and a few of the report hacks (which are great) what other things do you find very useful for moderators?
