You can edit articles in the AdminCp.

Go to the cinq's "vbArticles Hack" drop down, View all articles.
Click on "edit" in the article you want to fix.
Upload the new pic to the image sub-folder noted just above the article text box.
Then replace the name of your temp image with the one you just uploaded.
