For our site we want people to login everytime even if they forget to logout, due to our security measures.

Is it possible to fool the cookie to think they are not logged in, or remove the cookie on closure of Internet Explorer?

I have the 'remember me' option invisable and unchecked by default but people are still able to get into the site via our direct link thread emails.
