We currently have a thriving vb3 up and running, from time to time, we merge with other forums...

My question is:

Can i import from other forums while keeping my existing data intact, for instance, we would like to import all data from http://www.shystie.com/forum/ and put all the posts, threads and subforums into a dedicated forum called Shystie which i will create on my existing forum...

So all the members will be added to our current members and all the threads, posts and subforum will go into a particular forum i designate.

Can this be done, how easy is it and how do i do it? also what info do i need from the existing shytie forum?
