mmm... your colors are a little bit out of contrast I would say... that blue/aqua backround is just not that pleasant to my eyes... the header graphics looks everything but proffessional... seems like it was put together in the last minute... I would say work on those things... of course this is just my opinion please dont take wrong...

besides that the content looks looks promising
