Alright, this is what I'm looking for:

The ability to automatically be subscribed to all threads created by users who have selected the same choice in a specified profile field as you.

I can explain it a little more but I think that pretty much sums it up, how complicated would this be to make? Could it be done without PHP edits? If so how, if not could anyone say how much they think it would cost to have this funcionality created?
