There is no current hack out directly involving money.
There is, however, a hack which will allow your users to "buy" real goods using uCash.

You could modifie that slightly, create a new currency with which the system can work, save up 15$ and buy the hack from geekydesigns with which your members can use money to buy credits, and use those credits.
