Secondly, I'm having a problem.

How do I get the tables for the vbulletin forum to have more spacing so they don't touch the edges of the screen, while still allowing the top header to touch the edges of the screen?

I tried some of the resizing things in the styles section but nothing happened. is there something else i need to do? I'm not very good with anything technical, i probably should pay someone to do this.
