So I tried running the uninstall script to do a fresh install and get this error:

How can I get around this to do a fresh install?

If you are using the uninstaller from the latest zip file, it shouldn't stop at these errors. Try downloading the latest zip, upload all the files, and then run the uninstaller. Let me know if it works.
