btw, as cinq said, you need a "feed", rss or rtf, or anyother kind, to be able to retreive information from a site... and usually, you need the permission... if you have the permission, owners of the sites have their own protocol for seeding information, just ask them, and come back to us with the result, we may be able to bring more infos on how to do it on vB!
